Extrusion Blow Moulding

Our state of the art European blow moulding plant can mould articles from 2ml capacity to 6 liters. Materials processed include HDPE, MDPE, LDPE, PP, PVC, PETG, HIPS, GPS, PC & TPR

Injection Moulding

We are specialist closure manufactures and currently mould caps and lids in most sizes from 15mm to 110mm. We also injection mould a range of wide mouth jars. With injection-moulding machines ranging from 15 to 85 tonne capacity we can also service many or your custom injection moulding requirements. Materials processed include HDPE, LDPE. LLDPE. PP , PET, HIPS, GPS, ABS & SAN.

Decoration

The Premier Plastics Group offers the latest in UV silkscreen printing in house on a large variety of bottles. Screen-printing with conventional inks is also an option.

We offer metallic foiling on bottles and caps.

Design

We offer a full design and toolmaking service, utilising the latest in CAD design to develop custom packaging solutions, which are both visually distinctive and add value to your product. We encourage our customers to work closely with our Product Management team to solve technical problems at the time of design, to ensure that product development time is cut to a minimum.
