The Premier Plastics Group consists of two separate companies, all based in Auckland, that together offer a wide range of high quality rigid plastic packaging.

Premier Plastics Ltd, was established in 1970 and is a leading manufacturer and supplier of ex stock 'off the shelf' packaging and custom packaging for the personal care, cosmetic, health care, pharmaceutical, veterinary and associated industries.

Superior Plastics Ltd was established in 1994 and specialises in blow moulding larger items including packaging for chemicals and powders as well as other industrial and agricultural products.

Both companies have recently been acquired by the owner of Cospak Pty Ltd. Cospak Pty Ltd is a privately owned company that offers a comprehensive range of both rigid and flexible packaging to the wine, beverage, food, chemical and pharmaceutical industries.

Cospak is a major distributor for significant New Zealand and Australian manufacturers, and offers other products from suppliers based in Europe, the Middle East and Asia.
